”We loved our getaway at the Casita. The place was clean, cozy, quiet, and close to town. Jeanne and Leo were amazing and very warm and welcoming. Also very dog friendly and their two small dogs were really sweet. Check in and check out instructions were very simple and it helps the place is easy to keep clean. ”While still being relatively close to the center of Montecito and not far from downtown Santa Barbara, the cottage was quiet and very private. Parking is also a breeze. I have a large truck that can be hard to park in other places I've stayed in SB. No issues here with parking always available right in front of the cottage. The cottage was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Pat was very quick to respond to questions. We'll definitely stay here again if we are in town.”

”A unique, fun, charming property that had lots of privacy! We enjoyed the AvoCottage so much! The mini-mini golf course was a hoot. And the setting was great, once we found it in the dark.
