”I asked for a shuttle to transfer me from the hotel to the airport, this is why I chose this hotel for this reason, especially my flight was very early morning, but they did not have a shuttle. i feel there is a misleading and not clear info about this issue. Also since the breakfast was included, they offered to go breakfast, but the turkey sandwich was not fresh, and we don't like turkey, i wish they offer a couple of chioces. thanks!”

”Checked in and got to my room, everything was normal. At 1 am someone from the staff tried to get in my room twice with some other guests. After that he came and said that there is no record of me checking in, and he needs my passport. I literally checked in a few hours before. Incredibly unprofessional and rude staff member. It’s not my problem if your system is broken, you can talk about it in the morning and not wake me up in the middle of the night.”

”Overall except construction underway and poor English receptionist, hotel was clean and accomodation was right to its standard. I will choose again if planned to stay in istanbul.”
