”Overall clean space and super easy check in/out. Location is on a quiet street/neighborhood which is nice. Not full a/c in rooms but had two floor fans; was hot in summertime but manageable for a short stay. Had a nice deadbolt on door to lock it. Awkward entrance as you go through the back of the house and all the way around the property, but it isn't terrible. A bit of a dead zone for Verizon but T-mobile was OK; Wi-Fi was available which was needed. Good for easy overnight stay and cheaper...

”Scott’s place was quaint and accommodated us relatively well for a 2 night stay. Check in was easy and Scott was easy to reach. The furniture was a bit chintzy, we were worried the couch would break if we sat on it and the bistro kitchen set as well but fortunately nothing even came close to breaking. Only other concern was the outside need don’t clean up of cobwebs and a few big scary bugs. Thank you for hosting Scott!”

”I was in New York for a training and was able to meet up with my son who's a student in Queens. We spent the weekend exploring Montauk and several parks, and even saw some seals sunning themselves on the rocks! The apartment had everything we needed including two separate bedrooms with very comfortable beds, and a simple, but functional kitchen. The host was very communicative and even offered several options for grocery shopping and enjoying LI. Wonderful experience!”

”If I could give this booking 6-stars, I would. House is exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean, rooms are a good size, linens and bedding are luxurious. Ashley was an amazing host. Very responsive, instructions to access the unit were easy to understand. We were there for a running race and she even left us a care package with Gatorade snacks and some post run hot chocolate (it was January)! If we’re back in Patchogue, her listing will definitely be my first choice!”
