”Pros: Very clean. Friendly staff. Cons: TV - not smart. Poor picture quality. I asked for a pair of scissors. The front desk staff member thought I wanted wire cutters. Free coffee in lobby at breakfast, but NO hot water for tea (nor tea bags). And why not all day? Sign in lobby for warm cookie. I was there 4 nights. No cookie in my room. ”

”One of the two elevators was out of service during our stay, and the wait time could be up to around five minutes, which was somewhat inconvenient. The parking was valet-only, and we sometimes had to wait for a while as well. There was a QR code reservation system, but we were unable to use it, possibly due to weak Wi-Fi or issues with international mobile connectivity. I also noticed some hair and dust in the corner of the sink area, and the hairdryer’s air intake appeared to be slightly...

”Ravin and check in was super nice, but property was rough. Homeless outside and the police drive through to check for issues. The room at first glance was worn but looked clean. after further looking the tub was rough and crumbs and hairs on the sheets. ”

”Adding to my review here. We have now been staying here for a couple of months, the rates go way down with weekly and monthly stays The place is set for a long stay and is a studio apt. I never stay anywhere that makes me uncomfortable, and I have been here for a long time, because it feels safe and everyone is really nice. If I am still here, it must be good.”
