”Came to an untidy front door area. Up stairs to a room that felt unclean. Bathroom toilet seat loose almost completely broken. Dirty at back of toilet & sink also dirty. Broken latch on bathroom door. Key to bedroom did not lock door so unlocked all night. Put a chair by door. Ad led me to think I would have own kitchen area. Not so shared kitchen”

”Flat was simply filthy! Grim and severe dust around the flat, TV had no ariel so couldn’t use, thick dust all around, water marks on bed base, extractor vent held on by tape, surrounding area run down. ‘Stunning’ it is not. Was not met my host, email not answered, refund refused. ”

”We listened to the trains all night long. There was no AC, so had to keep the windows open. The tenant below smoked heavily, so we were coughing/choking on the smoke. Not a great stay for families, probably better suited for young adult travelers.”

”Had a few days visiting London. The place was very nice, it's best suited for two. Ola, our host, was very welcoming and did everything to make us comfortable. I can recommend staying there very much.”
