”I recently stayed at Holiday Inn FRENCH QUARTER-CHATEAU LEMOYNE, and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The noise from the elevator was unbearable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Despite my repeated requests to the hotel staff to address the issue or change my room, they were indifferent and unhelpful. Their lack of concern for guest comfort is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and restful stay.”

”I had a very long day with delayed flights. Decided to get a last minute room in New Orleans near the airport. When I walked in she greeted me and had my paperwork and keys ready to go. I appreciated the free waters and Zapp potato chips (a local favorite.) I recognized the roses they had around the lobby. Nice touch by people who care about the atmosphere they set. The room was ice cold which was greatly appreciated! Embossed toilet tissue, folded towels with a flair, spotless room…. Exceeded...

”Huone oli siisti ja tilava. Kylpyhuone hieman vanhanaikainen kylpyammeineen ja suihkuverhoineen, mutta siisti. Jenkkityyliin suihkussa ei ollut käsisuihkua. Käytävät olivat tyylikkäät. Aula ja alakerta erittäin tyylikkäät takkoineen ja joulukoristeineen sekä myöhemmin Mardi Gras -koristeineen. Aamupalabuffetti oli erittäin hyvä! Mansikat olivat erityisen makeita. Uima-allasosastolla (sisällä) oli lämmintä ja tunnelmallinen valaistus. Uima-allasosastolla oli uima-allas, poreallas sekä sauna....

”We paid for two nights our flight got canceled in DC and we had to stay for 10 hours in Chicago and when we get to the hotel the next day, the lady was rude at the desk. She’s unprofessional and she said well because you didn’t come yesterday we canceled your room. I said how do you cancel that one we already paid for it it’s paid for it doesn’t matter if we sleep in it or not I have two nights in this hotel she said oh you will get your refund. She was very unprofessional and trying to book...

”The location is definitely the biggest plus. It really is only about a 3–6 minute walk to Bourbon Street, but keep in mind that once you reach Bourbon, it’s another 10–15 minute walk to get down to where most of the action is. So technically, yes, it’s close — they definitely know how to word that description. 😂 As far as the property itself, I would describe it as more of an Airbnb/guesthouse experience than a traditional hotel. If you’re looking for somewhere to shower, sleep, get dressed...

We were able to see all the rooms and were able to choose which one we want to stay. Each room were different and we found it very difficult to choose the one we wanted as they all were so lovely, so nicely decorated. Beds were very very good.
