”Apartment was just as described. A great place to lay our heads during a busy weekend. If you travel with pets, a good spot. Lots of offerings to help with pet just inside the entrance. We didn’t need them, but nice to know it was an option. I do see what people mean about the noise. One night the cars were very noisy. Second night was just fine. All a part of being downtown. You are in the historic district. Some homes refurbished, some in the process of being, some boarded up. I love that...

”The space was great! We had my Grandaughter's college graduation party there. It had enough space, the set-up was wonderful, and we all had a great time. An elevator would have been helpful. The stairs were hard to navigate for some of us older folks. It was quiet. We really did have a great experience.”

”We met family at the house. There were 13 of us total and plenty of room. Games, kayaks and canoes were provided for the kids entertainment and there was always plenty for them to do. The house was also well stocked with the items we needed.”

”Perfect location for attending a downtown wedding. Everything inside the unit was clean and modern. Hallways/stairway leading to the unit were a little shabby and not the cleanest. There are quite a few stairs to reach the unit, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, a great stay. I’d definitely stay again for a downtown Yankton event.”
