Asunnot – Itä-Wichita

”Its an old 50s hotel, not a house”

”This place is almost brand new, very tidy, and well located near Old Town in Wichita. The host was very responsive on the couple things that came up. Also, the space veels very secure. Definitely recommended.”

”The apartment was good. The pickleball courts were not very clean so not sure that is an advantage here. The area was decent. Rooms were clean.”

”The property was beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. The space is very efficient! Location was perfect for the Performing Arts Center and grocery was convenient. I would absolutely like to stay there again!”

”Super efficient communication and very honorable owner! Highly recommend!!”

”We really enjoyed our stay at Fern Flats! The unit was clean, cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was great - very close to downtown and lots of restaurants nearby. The kitchen was well-stocked, and I really appreciated the small attention to details (like cotton rounds in the bathroom!). Would definitely recommend!”

”Property was cute, clean, had what we needed. Bed was comfy. Couch pull out was not. But that's expected. There was a stage smell, like fish, throughout the place and the air felt stale. Not the best area of town and parking was less than desirable. I was worried my car would get hit and the space assigned was used by someone else. ”

”Charming, calm, and clean. Highly recommend”

”Only thing that could be better is the parking. I had a toddler with me and had to park in the alley because someone stole my parking spot. It happens though! Amazing place to stay amazing view, would stay again”

”Property as advertised. Great communication. Comfortable beds.”
