”The location was absolutely beautiful. Scenery couldn’t be better. The property was well maintained and all the details were considered. Only challenge is that the Gargnano village is 5km steep downhill away, so you need the car to get there for dinner, etc. There were somerhing wrong with the bath amenities; i think instead of conditioner there was a body lotion in the bottle, and it didn’t do good for my hair.”

"Service was very good, especially reception lady was super fast, frienly and very welcoming. Hotel location is very good, just few steps from the station and centre. I was surprised in how poor condition hotel is, looked fresh in the pictures but reality was different. Roof is leaking at the 5. floor for example, and I saw the same problem also on other floors when used stairs instead of elevator. Room was clean and bed was good. Better to not complain as I was looking for a low price, and I was just staying one night. All the best for the hotel staff."
