”It was a cute little older home. With nice updates on the inside. They are definitly doing work to the exterior. In the description it said there was a grill. Which there was unfortunately there was so many large black trash bags you could not get to it. The first step at the side walk was broken. And the railing inaide was very loose. Although there was some minor issues we enjoyed out atay.”

”The place was great. Four of my siblings, a nephew, and my father stayed for 2 nights to visit my terminally ill brother who lives in the area. The house is located near the center of town near restaurants. The spaciousness was helpful for private contemplation, yet the gathering rooms were great for getting together to share our experiences. The collection of items was a source of conversation in and of themselves.”

”A weekend get away for two that was so peaceful and quiet. The cottage was beautiful, clean, spacious. Pictures do not do it justice at all! You are in the woods, but close to other areas for shopping and food if you’d like. We brought food and stayed at the cabin. Host Diana was so nice and really answered all the questions we had prior to arriving. I would book again and plan to do so this fall!”

”We were there for house hunting. Location was great for us. Everything was within a 5-10 minute drive. Home was neat and clean. Furnished fairly well for the size but there was no place for me to unpack. There were hangers in the closets but they were stuffed with extra pillows, blankets, etc. Host only communicated through the VRBO message board which made it a little difficult. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if needed.”

”We have family in Johnson City, and this was a perfect location for us!! We loved staying in this beautiful home. The owners have done an excellent job renovating and renovating with creativity!! Every decoration in this house was chosen with care. We had everything we needed, including hand soap and filtered water! Both much appreciated. ”I really have mixed feelings about my stay. For just somewhere to crash at a low price, it was fine. In fact, I sense they did a lot to make a modified single-wide trailer house into a stayable place. There are newer fixtures and furniture, but things like wall paint and trim and such were done badly. It was a mix of nice touches and run-down details. I really liked the mini-counter with tall chairs in the kitchen, but weirdly, none of the kitchen cabinets or even the fridge had door...

”The room and breakfast were clean and good. When checking in we asked the woman at the desk where our room was. Thinking she was kidding, she said "I am not allowed to tell you" and proceeded to not tell us other than handing us the keys.
