”Upea kokemus kaiken kaikkiaan. Mitään ei jäänyt puuttumaan. Hotelli on loistavalla paikalla ja kaikki on lähellä. Aamupala oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Tilat siistit ja erittäin upeat.

”Hotellin sijainti oli erittäin hyvä. Aamiainen aivan loistava ja sen sai nauttia ihanassa puutarhassa. Hotellin henkilökunta erittäin auttavaista ja ystävällistä. Huoneet tilavat ja yksilöllisesti sisustetut. Loistopaikka!”

The entire personnel of Elekati Hotel were excellent and always ready to help and advice places / restaurants to visit. Breakfast was from meny and plenty to choose. ”Amazing selection of hot and cold options for breakfast. Food was great quality and well presented. Wine tasting and accompanying food was amazing. Rooms were lovely, big and great shower. Tea and coffee machine in rooms with fridge a great addition. Staff all amazing and really helpful. Brilliant stay and will definitely visit again. ”

”We absolutely loved our stay! Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and informed. They helped with transportation, bags and offered recommendations.
The breakfast was top notch and set the bar high with fresh orange juice, fresh cut fruit, and plenty of egg, bread, cheese, meat options. They also remembered our faces and coffee orders. They genuinely seemed happy for us to be there which seems to be uncommon in most other places these days.

”Our stay at Arthur Suites was an absolute pleasure. We actually ended up spending 2 nights there. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfy. Lena went above and beyond for service and when we return to Rhodes we will definitely stay here again.”

”Eine hervorragende Erfahrung! Der Transfer vom und zum Hotel war exzellent organisiert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die reibungslose Kommunikation bezüglich der Abholzeit und des Treffpunkts. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, mitten in der Fußgängerzone, und trotzdem sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig. Die Sauberkeit war tadellos. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.”

"Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel did not meet the expectations we had for a five-star hotel. While there were a few positives, the overall experience left much to be desired.
Cons:
-The overall standard of the hotel did not match the level of a five-star rating.
-The bed was uncomfortable, and the sofa bed was broken springs were visibly sticking out and the cushions wouldn't stay in place.
-There was a strange and unpleasant smell in the room every time we entered.
-The surfaces in the room were worn and in need of renovation.
-At the pool bar, it was unclear what food was available and at what time, unless dining at the buffet. We were asked to move seats after being seated, though we could have been directed correctly from the start.
-Access to the beach required crossing a busy road, which was inconvenient.
-No food or drink service was available at the beach.
-Staff at the pool bar/restaurant did not greet guests and we had to approach them ourselves to ask for the menu.
-The staff also came across as rude and irritated by our presence, which made us feel unwelcome.
-During the breakfast buffet, I asked one of the servers for more milk and she visibly showed frustration and annoyance, which was both surprising and disappointing.
Pros:
-Two different breakfast options were available (standard buffet and an adults-only breakfast).
-Slippers and bathrobes were provided in the room.
-A friendly gentleman was working at the beach taking care of sunbeds, which stood out"
