The room was out of conditioner. I called room service but no one answered. Went downstairs to front desk and there were a line of people with one person working the front desk. No ice machine on our floor.

Imperial Suites - Adults Only
One of the coolest rooms I've stayed in. Just wish it had a chair/desk and two night stands. I stayed in the KING DELUXE room but it didnt quite hit the DELUXE title but well worth the money.

The hotel is absolutely horrendous. It smells so string of weed you can get a contact high inside and outside. The halls and rooms were filthy. I asked for another room and was told they were completely booked. I asked for a refund if I went ahead and checked out (I was there less than an hour) and ...

Prado Hotel
The staff was excellent! Helpful and pleasant/friendly. We did not take advantage of the complimentary meals but they looked good and many people were enjoying the amenity. The room was clean and comfortable.

The inside and outside of the hotel are very clean. The room was excellent. You can tell they definitely take pride in their property and rooms. The hot water was great. I have zero complaints. I would definitely recommend and stay again
