”This place was very easy to book and accommodating. All the amenities mentioned in the ad were contained in the unit, which was nice to see as that doesn't always happen. This is an easy walk to the beach and right in the heart of the Jacksonville Beach area. You can go to restaurants, shopping, etc within minutes by car or if you love to exercise it's really not far to walk or ride a bike if you have one available. Very central location with easy access to everything and the unit was very clean...

”We were coming to Jacksonville for a concert at Daily’s Place and decided to stretch it out and stay a few nights near the beach. Great place to stay, very clean and modern space. Nicely decorated with a beach surf theme. Just a few steps to the beach which is beautiful and stretches on and on. Convenient to dining within walking distance. It was a great choice for our long weekend!”

”The location is great. Good proximity to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Everything is recently renovated and very clean. The host was extremely responsive and helpful and the check in was very easy. The pool was warm and gets lots of afternoon sun. We were travelling with a four month old baby and did find there was a lot of noise from the street and upstairs unit. It was March break so that may have contributed to the noise. ”The property location and cleanliness were exceptional.It was stocked with everything you need while away from home. The small back yard is beautiful and worked well with dogs. The only negative was the bathroom door that is a poorly designed barn door and does not allow much privacy, especially in such a small space. Otherwise super nice and would be a 5 rating.”

”Communication with the owners was great. Very helpful and friendly. The space was small but worked for two people. Lighting was rather dark, but was fine for our purposes. Very clean and provided everything we needed. Parking was a bit tight. Would recommend this place.”

”This rental is well located, walking distance to beach. Easy access as well. The unit is on lower level so we could hear people walking or moving furniture above. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and wagon were available, which was very nice. There were no spices in the kitchen though and the bed was noisy. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”
