We stayed here for one night one our road trip back home. We arrived late at night and checked out in the morning before check out time. A few days after checking out, we noticed a $500 extra charge on our room. After calling to ask about it, I was told it was for a broken marble table they found in the room after we checked out and blamed us for breaking it, and they sent me a picture of it. However, we did NOT break this table. And the best part was I actually took a whole video footage of the entire 2 bedroom suite right before leaving and checking out. In the video that I took the table is clearly shown and it IS NOT BROKEN. I took the video at 10:19am and then showed the manager that I spoke to proof from my state-farm app that we were on the road at 10:32am. Even after sending them the video and proof of when we had left, the manager I spoke to said she sent the information to her boss and that the charge was sticking. I will never again stay at this hotel. Can't be sure that the dishonest employees won't break something and then blame you for it and charge you! If we had broken that table, or anything else in the room for that matter, we would absolutely be willing to pay for it. But knowing we did not, showed them evidence, and are still being charged for it is so troubling.
