We do apologize for any of the troubles you had during your stay. However, all Hilton Hotels are now housekeeping by request due to the pandemic. If you had needed anything all you had to do was call the front desk and we would have sent it up to you. As for the parking Expedia tells you when you book that there is a self-parking charge. We are under renovation right now, so a lot of things are being fixed.

We apologize for any inconvenience our renovations had on your stay however on our hilton.com website it says we are under renovations at this time and with you booking third party we do not control what they share about this hotel. As for the other issue you had we as a hotel have never offered taxis or shuttles to and from events if there were it was something provided by Jacksonville transportation Services, we did have flyers and personal driver's cards that were sitting on the counter. But again, we apologize for your trouble and hope to see you soon.

Please know that I will have our maintenance team look into and correct what you have reported from your room. I am happy to say that we are scheduled to have just that in April 2024. From what I can see from what the interior designers are putting together, the rooms will be spectacular for our guests! I hope that besides the unfortune dissatisfactions you had during your stay, that it does not deter you from considering staying with us again in the future and are able to see what the renovations will look like!
