”The room smelled and there was hair on the bed. We received another room that smelled worse but cleaner. The hair dryer didn't work but they brought us a new one and the Faust to the tub came off the wall. The mirror in the bathroom was cracked and the walls were in bad shape.”

”Hotel & area is beautiful. The hotel gives the historic feeling and vibe. The hotel cleanliness is not so great. House keeping could definitely do better with cleaning. Didn’t get a chance to try the food on the rooftop bar because they had no chef. Other than that the stay was pretty good”

”Love that there’s a bar / restaurant on property, but the facility just feels old and not well maintained. One elevator was out of service for the entire time, and the remaining one felt like it’s on its last legs, very slow. Room cleaning - one room had prior guests food leftovers still in the fridge, and the other had the toilet seat up & toilet paper roll messy, as if someone had used it since it’d been cleaned.”

”When we arrived, we can't find a single person at the desk. I been look around and yell hello, hello, no one come. I call the front desk number 2 times then a man appear. The wall is very thin. We can hear people talking from the next room clearly. The breakfast area is too small not much of seat for the guests in that morning. The breakfast not much of an option. Everything else are great the room were clean and roomy.”
