”Property was nicely kept overall and the front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was also good. Unfortunately, the room itself was the main letdown. It did not appear to be fully cleaned upon arrival, as we found garbage left behind and even an ant in the bed. The shower also had broken material coming off the wall, which made the bathroom feel poorly maintained.”

”If you'd like to stay next to a highway with a steady stream of big rigs going by from early in the morning until late at night, all using their air brakes to slow down for the roundabout, this is the place for you. Don't think about peace and quiet, there isn't any. This is an ancient building located in the center of traffic. It was a mistake to stay there. We don't recommend it for any reason unless you don't need sleep. Now, the antique nature of the building is "cute" but not practical....

”I made the reservation for my elderly father to stay there for five days. He decided not to go and I spoke with the hotel and Expedia. The hotel will not give me ANY of my dads money back. The reservation was canceled in the second day. Dad tried to talk to the hotel the first night and they wouldn’t even talk to him. He was told to call Expedia. My father is elderly and does not do well with cellphones. I was willing to pay for the first night and a cancellation fee but the hotel won’t...

”The staff at the hotel were nice. When you call the hotels 1-800 number with a problem with scheduling, they just brushed me off and said they can't help. That is the reason for my score. The bed was comfortable”
