”Me and my partner stayed for the weekend and we haven’t got one complaint, the room, hotel and the view was amazing. Everything was so clean and the customer service was outstanding and helpful. ”Hotel staff were really friendly and everywhere was clean. It was a short walk to the city centre and about 10 minute walk from the Highcross shopping centre car park where the parking was only £6 via the hotel discount. We stayed to go to a darts event which was a 20 minute walk. Overall it was a lovely stay.”

”Lovely staff, very friendly. The guesthouse is located a bit away from the town centre, but for me that was fine. It was anyway in a walking distance from bus station (that I needed). My room was nice with a fridge, television and a possibility to make tea. Also wi-fi. All the facilities (toilet and shower) were in a corridor, but they were nice and clean and as there were only a couple of rooms, I never had to wait for my turn.”
