It is right in the heart of downtown and so the location was bang on!To get to the apartment there are steps, if yo have limited mobility it might be an issue for you. Otherwise if you are looking for an apartment for a good budget, I would definitely recommend This. Also Carlton is very goos at getting back to your queries.”
