”Property is great service great. Wish the honeymoon suite was a smoking room and having to be quiet after 10 is kind of childish when your in a honeymoon suite you know people are going to be noisy I wanted to blast my music lol. Other than that I love Jefferson hills motel”

”Everything about our stay was great except for the fact that one of the reasons that we chose the hotel was because it had a pool. We weren't given any warning that the pool was closed for maintenance, otherwise we would have stayed someplace else. We paid full rate for our stay but we weren't given all of the amenities that were promised and that was disappointing.”

”The room smelled horribly of a wet dog! The pillows and sheets smelled there is mold around the shower stall, stains on the counter and just horrible looking”

”The hotel wasn't a great location. I was in town for my mother's funeral. This hotel is not handicap accessible. My room had a stench of a smell in it. The bathroom trash can was covered in ants, which I had to remove and place in the hallway. Rust all over the towel racks in the bathroom! I would not recommend this property to anyone!”

There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The water reservoir for the coffee maker was full of green slim making the coffee pot unusable. The bed squeaked every time you touched it or moved. ”Serviceable ar best, location is the property’s best attribute. Not supplied well with towels and linens and the furniture is wobbly. Stay only if you don’t have other options. ”

”Not to go for family, not to go for anybody, I would not recommend. It was a total waste of money. I checked in, the hotel was in such a shape that I just put my bags and left the place until next day just to pick my bag and checkout. I couldn't stay there for a minute as well.”
