”Everything was great, the room and bathroom were clean. I would stay there again. The only problem that I had this morning was that we got down to the lobby at 10:15 am to grab a quick breakfast and the ladies were already closing down the breakfast area, it closes at 11am. ”

”The location is great when attending Abbey Road on the River at Big 4 Station. It is within walking distance and the hotel has a nice selection of restaurants within walking distance.”

”There was construction around the property so a bit tough to walk to event. I had stayed here a few times before and the breakfast was much better. This time they provided frozen, rubbery eggs and coffee was never really hot! ”

”1st room assigned had no air conditioning. 2nd room had no dishes, dishwasher was filthy inside, carpet was disgusting (ruined my slippers). Laundry room was filthy, some machines did not work. Stairway carpets were filthy. Some exit doors were being propped open because our key cards didn't work to open them.”

”The property manager is falsely advertising this hotel. The hotel is very outdated, unclean, and has a bad odor. Upon checking in just from the unkept and lack of cleaning from the lobby, i could tell. We immediately requested a refund and why. The manager who stated the system wouldnr allow and that he just work there, we knew qas the actual owner. Its sad people falsely advertise thier establishment and take advantage of people and thier hard earning. We even offered to pay for 1 night and...
