”After having stayed here before, I was looking forward to staying here again. Clearly, the change in ownership has meant an unfortunate change in standards. I did not anticipate dirty windows on the inside of the panes, a hole in the bottom sheet, a very worn and uncomfortable chair, no extra blanket in the cold room, a desk chair that was almost impossible to move, very dim lighting limiting the ability to read, necessary information in an unlabeled book on the desk, info in that book suggested...

”Our stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We booked this hotel while in town for a cheer competition, and unfortunately, the experience never improved after a rough start. The WiFi was advertised but did not work at all during our stay. The “breakfast” offering was essentially nonexistent. Upon arrival, the TV was not functioning, and the room had clearly not been cleaned properly—dirty bedding is completely unacceptable. We were also given very limited towels and washcloths,...

”Do not stay here! Not uncommon to have multiple car windows smashed out with baseball bats! No one at front desk seemed fazed! They were prepared with 2 shop vacs to lend us to clean glass from our cars. ”

”Nasty. The room they gave me didn't have a working tv and the room didn't have heat, so i decided not to stay. I wanted my money back. Some how they scammed me. They kept my money even though i didn't wanna stay at that hotel because of the non working tv and heat. Never book a room there. The service and staff are terrible ”

There was hardly any hot water coming out of the shower bath. Some of the staff didn’t speak English so they couldn’t understand the questions we was trying to ask without using a translator. ”

”This hotel is adequate at best though it is very 'tired' and needs a face-lift. The towel rack fell off the bathroom wall. There was no shower soap and only 1 tiny soap on the bathroom counter, also no body lotion. I had to go to several floors to find an ice machine that actually worked. The pictures on the wall were all askew but couldn't be straightened because they were permanently affixed to the wall. Our room didn't have a frig or a microwave. The one positive is that the king-sized...
