”Not very well maintained and expensive. The bathroom had mold between the tiles and the water from the shower leaked onto the floor despite the door being closed. The room is very small but that’s to be expected of NYC. The location though is great being half a block from Eataly and Madison Square Park, and a short walk from subway stations. There is no rooftop bar as advertised. Helpful front desk staff.”

”Loistava sijainti, jos haluaa pois midtownin hulinasta. Metrolinjat lähellä. Myös kävellen pääsee monelle nähtävyydelle. Huone jo vähän kulunut, mutta hienot näkymät 9/11 Memorialiin (superior-huone). Superior- huoneessa lisävuodesohva ei mahtunut aukeamaan. Piti siirrellä huonekaluja, jotta sen sai jotenkin auki. Muuten superiorin huoneratkaisu kiva. Ala-aulan kahvi-/teepiste sekä vesipullot oli erinomainen lisä. ”

”Stayed three days, during July 4 extreme heat. Management has the air conditioner scheduled to turn off at set intervals such that the room was about 80 degrees for the first two days. After repeated complaints the system ran the last day to achieve desired reasonable temperature. The management saved a dollar or two on energy at the expense of my comfort. Reason enough to not recommend. If you do stay there read the operation certificate in the only elevator which states it is only for...

”I arrived after 22pm. Stuff was amazing, they opened the door from distance and told me my floor, room number, bed number + room code very clearly and made me repeat them. Foam is very soft!! It adjusts to your body movement instantly but has structure too.
- I didn’t bring my own lock for the locker, which is too small for bigger suitcases btw
- a little bit hard to get to top bed; tiny ladder!!. Also might be hard to sleep if you’re tall or a bigger person
