Checkin not good Place dirtyAC not at proper temperature. For details see below!So checkin was not smooth. We were given a code which did not work. We actually needed 2 codes, one to het into the building and another one to get into the actual unit. We got the contact person info and got the correct codes, but we were stuck outside 1/2 hour.We found a dirty rag in the shower. There was hair all over the shower. It was pretty disgusting. There was toothpaste on the bathroom sink facet. There was a dirty rag in the kitchen sink. Also trash was left on the back patio seating area.One reason we picked this was it listed AC. The temperature was unacceptable. We came back from a day outing to the place being 78 degrees and the thermostat was set on heat of 67 degrees. We text the contact person and did not respond immediately. I called the management company and explained all the issues. It was hot and humid at this point of our trip.The temp was finally remotely set to 72. That night at some point the temp went back to 75 which resulted in several people in the group no being able to sleep.I texted the contact and requested the temp be set to 72 for our entire stay. It got set to 72 but Sometime during our last night the thermostat got set back to 75. Fortunately it was cold so it never rose to 75.
