”We booked our stay through Expedia after reading the reviews and checking the area. Name recognition was another reason. The staff was knowledgeable about the area and knew how to treat their guests. Breakfast was a big plus. Most places we go advertise free breakfast which generally is a disappointment. ”The staff were wonderful. We went in January and it was not crowded. Every person we interacted( front desk, valet, cleaning ,even the manager walked around to say hi, with was so nice.
The food was great the hotel was super clean.
Bar drinks were weak but the service was exceptional.
Lots of kids on the weekend so maybe do not book a pool room due to noise.
The views were wonderful. Staff was always working to do touch ups around the building ( cleaning painting, even the deck/pool/flowers...

”We had a fantastic 5 night stay here. They offered daily house keeping, they took care of so much it felt like a treat to come back to after days filled with activities.
The water pressure in the shower was awesome! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Our TV just shut off one night and we were very concerned they would think we broke it or something. The team sent someone in and fixed it and didn’t charge us any incidentals.
The area is incredible your minutes away from some of the best...
