”We loved to stay here! Clean - brand new rooms. Everything so private and close to the beach and everything. The staff was so nice! If you travel with kids and want easy - everything, this is your place! They have lavazza coffee machines and I enjoyed that a lot! Everything in the room was brand new! Literally EVERYTHING. ”

”Clean room, helpful staff. Beautiful beach. Got the room with no windows except one in the bathroom. Heard every step from the people upstairs walking. Which kept us up. And the ac kept making loud noises all night. If ur booking book one with a balcony but it’s pricey.”

”Staff at the main office were great. Friendly and helpful. Room was nice, not the cleanest I’ve been at, floors had some gross sticky stuff on them. No tv access at all unless I log into my own accounts. Even the neighbor next to me asked the same question, no tv stations at all included. All linens were nice amd comfortable. I did wake up in the morning to a vey large cockroach on the wall. ”

”Complimentary beach lounge chairs, umbrellas, bikes, beach towels and coffee. Just bring your bathing suit!! Staff was so helpful and friendly. Held our luggage until our room was ready and until it was time to leave for our flight. This was a huge plus for us!!”

”We had an amazing time at Zota Beach Resort. Food at the restaurants is 10/10. It is not necessary to leave the resort to find places to it. Amenities were in great conditions. Heated pool. Beautiful beach”

”They seem to be short staffed (on transport and hotel restaurant). Hotel also has problems with “HVAC noise”. Request for room change not uncommon. This last trip my room was perfect!”

”Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with ”

”The room was okay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that I had to go buy raid to defend myself from the roaches. I had to spray every day to keep them away. The bed was comfortable and room was neat, but them roaches kept appearing every day and night.”
