Great Private Villa
We were here just one night before flight back to Finland, but felt that would have been great to stay longer. If you want to enjoy also your time at the resort, these private villa's are great opportunity to that. Private pool was big enough for some swimming. View was to the forest but was nice as well.Recommendable. Driver or own bike is good to explore surrounding areas.

Hotelli oli hieno ehkä hieman syrjässä.
Meillä oli 2 makuuhuoneen villa omalla uima-altaalla johon oli mukava pulahtaa uimaan. Villan oleskelu tilat olivat erittäin mukavat ja siistit kuin myös uima-altaan. Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin avuliaita ja iloisia. Meillä oli erittäin hieno 10 päivän loma. Suosittelemme hotellia.

Very nice hotel with great service
Gending Kedish is a very nice hotel with beautiful villas. Service in the hotel is great and especially in the reception you will get the best service ever. We were very pleased for almost everything in this hotel; villas are beautiful and spaciouse, service is great, place is clean and well kept an so on, but the biggest minus is the breakfast! Breakfast is not a buffet, you need to take your food from the menu. You can eat your breakfast in the hotel restaurant or order it to your villa (which is better and so we did), but the food is not very good / high-quality and the selection of the food could be better. Only dry toast and croissant every morning, it is not the best way to start your day especially if you get only 2 toast sliced to 4 pieces and 2 croissant for 4 people and only butter and jam with it (no vegetables or cheese for examble)... There is also few choices of warm food in the menu but most of people don't want to eat rice or noodle for the breakfast :( I bought vegetables and different kind of bread from shops and bakery and get our breakfast more varied that way. I can highly recommended this place for everyone but prepare to have your breakfast elsewhere no and then.

First of all this property is not accessible. Going to n coming from villa was 70 steps n going to restaurant for food was another 20 steps. Which was not mentioned anywhere in booking description. My husband had sore knee and was very difficult for him. Next thing it says villa with garden view, expect villa with jungle view where you hear lots of creepy sounds at night. Not just that there were lots of bugs, worms and lizards in villa. Lizards were up at dining table, rooms and everywhere. Wild frog was stuck up at kids shower. It was horrible for kids. And lightning was so poor n dim. It looks good in pictures but no way near. The odour was so bad in shower and toilet areas like there was open gutter somewhere. You could easily faint with smell. I find it horrible staying two nights. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money.

OLD & NOT WORTH THE VALUE
Villa condition very poor. We have 2 family & booked a 4 brm villa. When check in, rooms was very hot like sauna as facing west sun (sunset). Requested for addnl fan, switched on aircon expecting room to be cool when we return from dinner but room was still hot. In addnl, found out that the toilet flush system was not working properly as water keep on flowing out. Called maintenance but after half an hour they left saying that it is ok but within mins of the staff leaving, water again started flowing but it was already midnight and were too tired to call them again. Could not sleep the whole night as can hear water flowing and the fan was noisy. Next day informed staff to rectify these problems & aircon was slightly better. Tap in bathroom was tight and needed strength to turn, bathtub cracked all over. Wooden floor planks in front of room broken/cracked. Only plus point is the big living room and size of villas otherwise it's not worth the value paid. Kitchen sink in living room black and old. On 2nd day, found numerous insects on the sofa chair. Seriously need substantial upgrade/renovation as villa very old, not pictures in website when making booking does not justify.

An absolute slice of heaven away from the busy hussle and bussle. Amazing staff very friendly and helpful and always a smile on their face, resturant on site with great brekfast options and the villa and the private pool was the highlight!!! Stunningg room with amazing views of the green tropical plants and the pool is just perfect. I would stay here with my family again if i came back to Bali. Thanks guys you were amazing

We booked for the hotel to pick us up at the airport, our flight was late but the driver was there with our sign. So incredibly friendly and kind. The staff at the villa were absolutely amazing! Cleaners came everyday and our second to last night they arrived and put petals on our bed and roses on our night stand, swan towels. They are so incredible. We had the hotel book us a mope head that showed up when we arrived and it was easy and wonderful. It’s the best way to get around Bali once you navigate the packed roads. Staff always greeted you and any hour, the spa is wonderful as we had many treatments. Breakfast was included and always amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone as the private pool was our own luxury with the option to use the main pool. The grounds are beautiful and always maintained And it’s like walking through a different world. Thank you to every staff member for an incredible stay, we loved it!

Luxury Villas with poor maintenance
The Villas are amazing, large and luxury, very completed with a lot of many different spaces. The private pool is also a plus. However, maintenance, require to be improved. There were areas looking a bit old. A lot of insects on the outside bathroom, also received a disgusting visit one night inside our bedroom.

Loved the location, the seclusion, the overall design of the villas and especially the service from the staff. The water pressure for the shower and bath was a bit slower than expected. It took over an hour to fill the bath half way.

The check in was simple and easy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Most importantly, our villa was amazing! We stayed in the 2-bedroom Rangana villa (which is the one we wanted) and it had everything we needed. We enjoyed the turn down service each night. Breakfast was included and it was average but I won’t complain.

The Villa was very spacious and had its own swimming pool which was excellent. The furnature was a little dated and we did loose water for half a day but it was fixed in short notice. The people were very nice and helpfull. I would certainly stay their again.

We loved this place so much at the start of our trip that we booked it for the last few nights as well. The staff are so helpful and kind. The rooms are fabulous. The facilities are everything you could possibly need. And it’s close to the airport and Jimbaran beach. We loved our stay!!!

Sehr harte Matratzen, Bäder sind renovierungsbedürftig und die Einrichtung der Schlafzimmer könnte auch modernisiert werden. Die Sauberkeit ist mangelhaft. Personal ist nett aber was z.B den Zimmerservice anbetrifft nachlässig. Frühstück ist ebenfalls mangelhaft und könnte umfangreicher sein. Schöne Anlage was Bepflanzung anbetrifft. Große Villen.

We stayed in a stunning one bedroom villa with an infinity pool looking out over the jungle which was perfect. It was so peaceful and a perfect way to end our holiday. Lovely setting to stay in, very picturesque. Beautiful pool overlooking a forest setting. Many stairs 100+ to our villa meant us utilising in room food service! Secluded location, not much in way of shopping/restaurants in immediate local vacinity to walk to, free shuttle to local areas, found catching taxi back a little difficult on several occasions. Shame some of the decor was a little exhausted, however room was clean. Service and friendliness of staff was outstanding.

The villa is very spacious, particularly the sitting room on the first floor. Private pool is excellent. Water is clean and clear. The natural view of the forest in front of the villa is very soothing. The ambience of the restaurant is excellent and price reasonable. The cons are : shuttle car service only provides drop off at the supermarket in town but does not provide return service, the charge for shuttle car service outside the drop off area is too high. If you live in the one bedroom villa, you have to climb down 81 steps to the villa and climb up 81 steps to go to the lobby. not suitable for people with mobility problem.

2階建てのお部屋でしたが　まったく2階の利用はありませんでした。 バトラーがいるとのことでしたが　2泊したけれど　どの方がバトラーなのかわかりませんでした。 皆さんとても　感じよい方ばかりでしたので　バトラーがいなくても　問題ありませんでしたが・・ ただ　唯一　申し上げたいことがあります。 トイレが　TOTOブランドなので　親近感ありましたけれど　トイレットペーパーが1回では　流れません。 これだけの設備なのに残念です。 それから　立派なキッチンですが　流し下の　食器に　水がたまっていて　虫がわいてました。 すごく　驚きました。 たまたまの経験でしょうけれど　できれば　虫は　いないほうがいいです。 総じて　5つ星というのは　疑問を持ちます。立地が不便であり　朝食も　質素なほうではないでしょうか。 写真映えして　興味をそそるのですけれど・・・・

Stayed in one of the villas with a private pool and couldn’t have felt more like royalty. Best value for the money and the facilities are gorgeous with amazing staff. I have never met staff so genuinely sweet and helpful. I truly hope we can make our way back to Bali, this would be my #1 choice to stay

wonderful stay
The villa is spacious and nicely decorated. It is comfortable and spacious with utmost privacy. The staff and absolutely wonderful. They are kind and were a great help. The location is better suited if you are looking to get away from hustle and bustle. Plenty of options in the restaurant and food was great. The massage and salon were fab. Would definitely recommend Gending Kedis

loved the private pool
The villa was amazing, super private, extremely spacious and overlooking the jungle. Simply fabulous. The hotel infrastructure is less strong - breakfast and in fact any food was a complete car crash. They opted for table service rather than buffet which meant it took forever and wasted a lot of food. There were piles and piles of cheap white bread and pastries which went to the bin (or someone else's plate???) day after day - I'd never put that much food on a plate at a buffet. Room service food was totally tasteless and cold. Decent location, although not walking distance from jimbaran, there's a great shuttle service to jimbaran so not an issue. Staff are extremely helpful and speak good english. Extremely nice if you avoid the food.

ホスピタリティが素晴らしくとても快適に過ごせました。 ホテル内のレストランも清潔で美味しかったです。朝食がとても充実しておりおなか一杯になりほとんどの日で昼食が不要でした。
