”1st they cancelled my room and did not call as they said my card declined which when I called Amex said it did not. I was fortunate that my niece was staying here as well so I just stayed with here because they gave my room away. I did not have another option at the moment. The hotel is very rundown wallpaper and paint peeling. Spots on the rug's towels were clean but old and raggy. I'm not even sure how this place was sold out. Also, a one-night stay was $198.00!!!!!”

”Tv was not connected/working, refrigerator was laying in the middle of the floor. Room was semi clean but bathroom was gross. Bathroom sink water was yellowish brown- chose not to shower because of this. Room was next to a stairwell that reeked of weed. People sitting in the parking lot in their cars smoking and drinking”

I had to pack up all of our stuff and my husband when he should not have been moving around to switch rooms.
