”The first thing that pleased me about the hotel was the friendliness and attention of the staff to my needs. I had come into town early and asked if it would be possible to have an early check in, and the employee immediately began to work to accommodate the request. In less than an hour I was able to check in. The room was fabulous, no problems and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers in and around Saraland. Five stars!!!!”

”The staff was not helpful when asked for any towels or keys not working. The carpets were extremely dirty. We were told the rooms were pet free and told only a certain floor was pet friendly. I have kids that are allergic to pet dander so this was important. Our floor also had dogs in rooms next door so that was false information. The pets had pooped and peed all over the carpets on the hallway. Breakfast items were limited- when asking staff for even coffee they were out of items within 30...

”This is a great property. They have exhaust fans in the bathrooms, 24 hr airport shuttle and the little and big waffles! Four stars bc of the shower fixture - very little pressure. I think it was just one room tho- the sink pressure was fine.”

”Very nice old house with beautiful details. This place not suitable for people with moving disabilities because of steep stairs. Our room was located closest to the motorway so the noise of heavy traffic kept us awake at night. If you want a good night sleep ask fir a room somewhere futher away from that road. Walking distance to the city. Note that breakfast in the bistro is not totally free. ”

”Super poor prepared breakfast , when I asked about refilling a station I received a no because it was as while supplies lasted , I never heard of that when providing breakfast”

”Upon check-in, we did not get the 2 room types we reserved which were 2 queens in each and to compromise, we were given a 3rd room. But all rooms were single bed with pullout bed and not close to each other. This required my family to completely split up and wife and I to separate along with the kids. This caused a big inconvenience as we share toiletries, food, etc.”

”This location is for passing through only, the rooms are horrible. The beds are just springs, the ceiling has dark spots, the carpet is dirty. One elevator was working while there.”
