”The staff was nice. The hotel needs renovating. It did not feel clean. The breakfast was a little less than the typical continental hotel breakfast. Also, my family went to breakfast 30 minutes before the breakfast ended, and there were no more eggs, and they were not replenished.”

”The bad mark comes from the fact that this is the very first best Western. I’ve stayed in and I stay in them a lot that has $100 incidental charge to your card that can be held 35 days. That is utter crap. If you wanna buy something you use your card and you buy it. I guess they probably do it for people who take things from the room. I don’t know. ”Staff were excellent. The AC was broken in the lobby area for 2 days making the bar/ food experience horrible. The lobby area and outside are beautiful. When you get to the rooms, not so much. Old rooms, need updating, air doesn’t cool in the rooms that great. Rust on most of the appliances/fixtures/faucets. Room service came as they should. Not a bad place to stay but don’t be fooled by the pictures online.”
