”Everything about this hotel was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Water pressure was a little low; but I don’t blame the facility. Location was very convenient, lots nearby.”

”When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price.”

”The room was very clean, towels were really plush, bed and pillows were plush and comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night and location was fabulous and very safe in a very upscale neighborhood. The only quirky thing was the bathroom door in the room was a sliding barn door made out of frosted glass with no lock, so the bathroom was not private if you are staying with your children, etc.”

”Expedia had this rated excellent at 8/10 - this place is very outdated and dirty. The hallway carpets are disgusting. One bed - the sheets had stains. Pillows were clumpy and lumpy. The continental breakfast was lacking. Honestly, one of worst experiences I've encountered and I'm so frustrated about the excellent rating as that's why I booked.”
