”Stayed at Keyonna Beach for a week in August with my husband. It was utterly relaxing and excellent. It's low-key and couples' oriented, so if you're expecting a large resort with lots of activities, this is not your place. However, if you're looking for great and attentive service and total zen&relaxation on a quiet beach in beautiful surroundings, this is definitely your place!”

”The staff were so nice and helpful. It’s a small resort and on the other side of the island. If you’re interested in just relaxing and doing absolutely nothing, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, you can book tours, experiences, or car rental/service at the front desk for an additional fee. This is a different all inclusive where there isn’t room service or multiple restaurants to choose from. There is one bar and one restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner at set times....

”The good-
We stayed in one of the royal palm rooms on the beach and it was beautiful. Mini split ac kept room very comfortable, nice bed and bathroom and the location on the beach was perfect. Entire resort feels very private and not crowded in any way. The views were amazing, the water was amazing, and the beachfront dinner was AMAZING(beyond worth the upgrade). The daily maid service was awesome great, leaving our room perfect everyday. Anyone saying the royal palm rooms were a far walk must...

”The Royalton CHIC is a stunning resort, however there is room for improvement.
The check in and check out staff were abrupt and not at all what would be expected of a Front of Service. I felt rushed at check in and 3 inexperienced young ladies were all speaking at once. No real happy friendly hello. On check out staff member was abrupt and again not what would be expected of a 5 star hotel.
The unsung heroes were the cleaners, maintenance staff and gardeners. They kept the Resort immaculate....
