The Park Vista - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel - Gatlinburg
Room was clean . Had a drain problem but they attended to it immediately. Restaurant and bar staff was not the best , however Amanda was very attentive to resolving all issues before my check out . I would still recommend the stay. Beautiful scenery and good location.

Room was fine we had a fine stay. Breakfast folks were very kind (breakfast was expectedly not that good). Room was pretty nice. My only real complaint is the weird open Bible on my nightstand. All Rooms were clean. No staff on site so I had to email them or call or txt them for any question. Kitchen was perfect used the oven with no problem and it was electric. Timber Ridge Lodge - Walking Distance from Downtown Gatlinburg
We were there for the Christmas Lights Parade and the hotel was right on the route and we were able to borrow chairs for front row seats The room was spacious with up to date appliances
