”This was my absolute worst hotels.com experience hands down. The room was so dirty that I tried to cancel my reservation, a first ever. And I’ve stayed in some funky places but this takes the cake. The furniture had crusty stains like 3-D stains, the remote control was covered in some kind of sticky goo, sheets stained, burn holes in the blanket, bathroom was a nightmare. Had to wake up at 4am to catch a flight. There was a prostitute coming in and out of an open room, homeless guy (very nice...

”Single bedrooms are worse in person and pictures are not shown for it. Very dirty inside, nothing seems to be cleaned at all except maybe the sheets. Every room is a smoking room, so everything smells like cigarettes, including; pillows, sheets, towels, floor, and AC blows out cigarette smell. ”

”The hotel was nice the heater in the room let off a horid smell while turned on an the pillows sucked majorly aside from that it was a nice quiet quick overnight stay ”

”Rooms were modern and clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was terrific, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The air conditioning was very good. We enjoyed our stay!”

”Upon arrival the hotels desk clerk said i didnt have a reservation when i clearly did So i hadto to wait an hour after arriving to get room ”

”The room was very large. I asked for a king bed and got two Queen beds. We had to get up at 3 am. There was no hot water at that time. My husband had hot water at 4 am. There should be 24 hour hot water. They had 24 hour shuttle service and the driver helped us with our luggage. The staff was helpful and said they would report the water issue. ”

”There is no shuttle from the airport, and there hasn’t been one for a while. You can take a city bus for a couple bucks and it will drop you off out front, but I’m not sure why it still says there’s a shuttle on all the booking sites. Definitely not a nice area, but it’s fine for the price. ”

Very friendly staff, room was ok and bathroom was neat. Breakfast was ok. Location was good, walking distance from near shopping center and main street.”
