”I did not receive the room I reserved, and at first the man at the reception said I don't have a reservation with them even though I had messaged several times with someone from the hotel through Hotels.com. Was a very uncomfortable check-in experience as I had to insist and show repeatedly the reservation confirmation before getting a room. Otherwise the place is beautiful and room was clean. ”

”Our plan was to stay 4 nights with our toddler girl , but then we extended 2 more days as we didnt want to do all the way to Varadero which was already booked. staff was really nice and friendly tried their best to maintain if we have any need and if were happy with the service , team was consist of educated, respectful and elegant people who worked there as a second job for extra income .
