”We stayed for 12 days . The room was clean basic , confusing as to when housekeeping would come and clean. Sometimes at 7-8 pm. We loved the pool option and chilled there pretty much every day- would have loved a more attentive/interactive staff (bar one lovely lady and the bartender with the glasses ) that would come to the loungers and ask if you wanted a drink/ needed another drink rather than making you go to the bar all the time - took away from that “being on holiday feeling.” The staff...

”The location is perfect. Easy to walk to restaurants. Lots of bars for those party people near hotel. For shopping take The bus to La isla, it was super easy. The beach is perfect. There's also 2 big pools when the waves are too big for actual swimming. I recommend the ocean view rooms, The view was just amazing, even from floor 2. The room was very big but lacked few basic things. Like a trash bin and drinking glass that would have helped when brushing teeth. I didn't find drinking water...

”I recently traveled with my 2 kids for spring break we loved the roof top pools both of the & the food & drinks up there at the bar were amazing. The room was nice and to our liking we visited for spring break and had an amazing stay. We still had a little time after check out and our luggage was held for us big help. Last but not least the breakfast included buffet style was good different menu daily.”

"We were promised a suite with a sea view, a balcony overlooking the sea, and a jacuzzi, which we did get, but the room was on the ground floor next to the pool, meaning that everyone in the pool could see straight into it. This was not mentioned when booking. The balcony door could barely be closed, so anyone could have walked in if they wanted to. The room was basically clean, but worn out, the furniture was dirty from use, and the appliances were old. There was no soundproofing, so all the noises from the neighboring rooms and hallways could be heard and kept us awake. Draining the bathtub upstairs sounded like an airplane. "
