”This was our second time back. This time we brought the kids. They had a great time. The property is wonderful and the staff are friendly overall. The only downside is there aren't many amenities/extras like a microwave or free breakfast or beach cabanas for rent. They should also open the bar at the pool area. They should invest in ice machines in each building as well because its very inconvenient to get ice in only 1 of the 3. When we stayed last time it was just adults so it wasn't as bad...

”Location is perfect. We walked to everything for our entire stay - breakfast, lunch, dinner, shopping, beach, bars, etc. When we checked in, our room had a leak. Randy in the office was very nice and moved and upgraded our room immediately. We would visit again!”

”Property is very outdated. The linens and pillows are very worn. There was only cable TV, which was a little frustrating (couldn’t change the input to HDMI to stream or play video game). ”Outdated and dirty room, no light in the bedroom”

”Elevator doesn’t work, got stuck more than once, when we opted to take the some of the stairs are broken at the base which is a huge hazard coming down or going up from the 6th floor carrying items. I had a room with two beds, and one of the beds has something black at the bottom of the sheet, our balcony door did not slide open easy and had to be pushed open with force, bathroom door is way too close to the toilet where you can’t open/close the door all the way, staff was friendly.
