”Pros- great location , easy parking , pool , folks are fairly updated , coffee maker , hairdryer , bath products provided, bed was comfy , lots of pillows. Cons- You can hear everything from the room above you, even someone zipping a zipper. Ask for an upstairs room. No info provided on hours of bar , people at the front desk , etc. shower doesn't have a curtain , just a clear liner , so hopefully nobody needs to use the toilet if someone is in the shower . ”We loved out stay! Our cabin had everything we needed, and space to chill. When it got a touch warm, our hosts were quick to bring us a fan. The property is super cute with a modern vibe and a perfect kitchen. Our kids loved the queen bunk beds and the games in the cabin made for great memories. We’ll be back!”

”We enjoyed our stay and didn’t have any problems while we were there. This a self-checkin place, so we didn’t meet any staff but everything was well explained and provided in advance that we didn’t need to contact them. The location is also a few minutes from the village, which is very convenient. The one thing that we were not prepared for was the coyote screams in the middle of night, but now that we know how they sound like we won’t be scared next time.”

”The fireplace worked,but the jet spa didn't, the blinds need replacing & the other window was above the tub,so hard to get to. The mattress was so old & lumpy, I hardly got any sleep, the lazy boy chair didn't stay extended. The Location was great, the area was serene & quaint. Accessible to downtown & restos.”

”Renovation was on progress during our visit and were assigned on the next building across the street. We booked a standard room without A/C not recommended during summer, winter would be suffice. But the location of this establishment, you don’t need to drive around to visit shop while you can just walk down the street and your there. ”As with much of Big Bear, the buildings are older, but they are well maintained and rooms/condos are updated. It’s clean. Our lake view rooms had a lake view. My only drawback is that parking is tight, barely enough spaces and we were here during the week. Otherwise - great, and if we return to the area, we would stay here again.”

”Nice place, shabby sheek very clean, big screen TV. Big windows you can open, no central air but room has a ceiling fan and small rolling air conditioner. There is also a super cute retro fridge/freezer stocked with cold drinks and a small microwave. Beware there is no 24 hour attendant on site. We locked ourselves out and waited 15 minutes for someone to come back to the premises to let us back in. Also, no hot water for showers; otherwise, nice accommodations.”

”Fabulous 3 night- 2 day stay. We arrived later than expected and found our key waiting for us. The cabin was so cute, clean, and well-appointed. Cool air at night through the screened windows and fan, and a quiet clientele respectful of the quiet hours. Charming center fireplace and table with candles in common area set such a lovely , restful atmosphere. We enjoyed the pool, free bikes, and free canoes. I read and rested in a Adirondack chair for hours uninterrupted and watched the ducks...

”WiFi didn’t work the whole time and nobody seemed interested. Mattress was old and uncomfortable. Both showers were either very hot or very cold with no way to mix. Bathtubs leaked through the drain so ere basically non-functional. On the positive side the unit was clean when we got there. Nice proximity to the lake.”
