”Clean quiet, private and cozy. The hosts are super friendly and very helpful. I got some much-needed sleep as I work nights primarily. Everything you need is close by. Bed is very comfy. Slept like a baby.”

”Unit is uniquely positioned in the backyard of a primary residence. It does have a private entry, but you have to walk through the side yard of the main home to get there. Once inside it is nice and they provide all the amenities that a hotel would. If you are looking for a simple place close to the beach, this is your spot. ”

”The host was responsive during the stay. There was an issue with the hot tub that was resolved. The outdoor furniture was left uncovered which made it almost impossible to sit on because it was always dirty and wet. Neighbors were nice and quiet. Temps got cold and thermostat was locked for a couple of days so we had ac on when we needed heat. Then it warmed up and we needed the air back. I wish we had full control the whole time. There were certain areas of the home that felt clean and others...

”What a gem! This property was exactly what 4 adults needed to stay near downtown West Palm Beach. It was clean, welcoming, the yard was great for relaxing in the evening and coffee in the morning! So close to everything we needed to do. Highly recommend this host!”
