Not overly helpful or friendly but never rude or unfriendly. Just ok. The only "problem" was the bathroom in our room. We booked 2 rooms, one of the rooms had a horrible smell coming from the plumbing. It was like sulphur/rotten eggs/standing water. Not pleasant at all.”
