”Mini fridge was beeping because door was broken allowing air to escape. Coils on fridge frozen solid. Attendant at front desk said he could not do anything since it was a one night stay. I asked for another ice bucket to make due. This was not a cheap one night stay either so i expected at least something to be done. Nothing was offered. Toilet seat was completely loose so no maintenance done prior to our stay and cleaners either didn't clean the toilet or failed to report it. Ac in room set to...

”Breakfast is always nice, many options. Breakfast helpers are always there to assist if needed. Clean room Easy parking. Really nice gym”

”Breakfast had to wait for eggs replacement for over 15 mins. Guest had to keep asking for replacing items. Instead staff keeps eyes on the items. Second had to move other room due next door had Two dogs kept barking for hours.”

Their handicap accessibility was less than desirable, it was verry difficult to get in the Front door, the room door was also quite hard to get out of! The shower bench was rusted out from the wall, and I was afraid to shower using their bathroom accommodations for the wheelchair access. We had to argue to get towels as they said the limit was only two!! We just wanted one extra!! and Let's NOT forget the SMELL!!”

”I had a very disturbing experience staying at this hotel. The room was not clean, and the bed sheets were visibly dirty and stained. This alone was unacceptable, but the situation became much worse after I developed painful skin irritation and open sores during my stay. I am extremely concerned about the cleanliness and sanitation of this property. No guest should have to worry about their health and safety due to unsanitary conditions. ”The photos listed are not of this property. You are across the street from the ocean. The unit was hodge podge. Only outlet to plug your phone is was above the stove so the cords were hanging down. Tiny coffee maker but no way to plug that in unless you sat it on the stove and used that same outlet. Ceiling fan missing a blade. Water was brownish yellow”
