”A la llegada decían que no tenía reservación siendo que hasta pagada ya estaba , en 19 noches jamás hicieron aseo a la habitación y en repetidas ocasiones solicité se realizara aunque tuviera costo extra y se limitan en decir si ya está programado y jamás llegaba ese día. Tuve que solicitar cambio de toallas y sábanas directamente en recepción en dos ocasiones al ver la negativa del aseo.”

”Beautiful boutique hotel in KC! The room was so cute & the bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept on in a long while. Quiet neighborhood and I loved how it was decorated (the little coffee bar was a lovely touch).”

”The first room did not appear to be completly clean and was not in great shape as the floor was damaged, the deadbolt was stuck open so the door wouldn't shut, and it needed a fresh coat of paint etc. I alerted the staff and was immediately moved to a room on the second level that was the same room but in much better shape. ”This hotel smells like cigarettes and stale beer. Not just our rooms but all of the rooms and hallways. Disgusting. Needs to be renovated more than any marriott hotel on planet earth. The interior of the hotel and rooms are also so tired and worn out- at least 25 years of heavy use. Could not recommend less. Bummer. Nice staff though!”

”This hotel has really gone down hill. Rooms are just average, really dated, and need of repair. Bar and restaurant staff were good and provided good service. The front desk staff seems annoyed you are staying with them. We’ve probably stayed here 10 times, it’s time to find something different.”

”Smell cigar or humidity was terrible, Breakfast is really bad when I went was early around 8:30 is not coffee not juice nothing only cereal and milk we purchase breakfast for a good coffee at least. I did not recommended this place”
