”Really liked this hotel. The customer service was beautiful. I can’t remember the last time I stayed in a hotel which such good customer service, and I stay in a lot of hotels. Room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Nice ambience in the bar area and a lovely spa. Excellent hotel gym. ”

”Only complaint would be pillows, for me, flat firm pillows dont work. Staff is the best! They were always Super helpful. Location is good...close to the Barbican, aquarium, and waterfront. Room was very clean, well appointed and had great black-out drapes.”

”Room was clean, staff were all very friendly and helpful, we couldn’t find the underground carpark, but sainsburys was close and no problem there. Really nice touch having a fridge in the room. The only thing missing for me was ice. It was available in the bar which was open til half 9, but we got back late after a show at pavilions, and I have a huge addition to ice cubes! I got through it so it’s okay, it’s just a personal thing, there’s always tea and coffee, but I’m yet to find a hotel to...

”On entering the hotel from the limited car park through the scaffolding and into the rear of the hotel we thought it was going to be a let down but the room was large clean and very relaxing although dated. Breakfast was very nice well cooked and of a good quality. The reception staff were very nice and welcoming so we left feeling happy and relaxed 😊 ”
