”Nice option for our quick getaway to Denver. Walkable neighborhood. Loved using the pass to the Botanic Gardens. It was beautiful. Week d was quite warm for June but basement lodging stayed cool!”

”Honestly, probably one of the swankiest, yet welcoming places I’ve ever stayed. It was decorated to perfection and the perfect place for a girls trip to visit the Red Rocks. Kinga the host was amazing and I am planning on renting this again when I come back next year. ”

”Our stay here was amazing! The hosts both went above and beyond to accommodate us during a heat wave and ensure our families comfort. They are very responsive and the house was clean and fit our family of 5 comfortably. We will absolutely stay again for future trips. ”

”Jason is an amazing host. He was very quick to respond to messages and is very knowledgeable about the area/provided great recommendations for dinners and activities. The basement apartment was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. Having the option to park in the garage was much appreciated! The back yard/deck area is huge and very well-kept. Only potential downside is that the bathroom is in the bedroom - we managed just fine but could be a (very) minor inconvenience for a larger group....

”The space was perfect for our needs. My kids loved the neon light in their room. Lots of space for us to stretch out a bit after a day of outdoor activities. Not too far off the main drag so easy to get to and easy to find. Nice and quiet neighborhood. ”
