”What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space. ”A lovely property, just as described with a great location, minutes from the beach, walks over the beautiful cliffs and the town, which has plenty of choice for places to eat. ”What a fantastic stay. We chose this property as we needed to vacate our home whilst work was being done, but it ended up so much more than just a place to lay our heads. The location, near the main road was ideal, but actually very quiet, as it was set down a hill. Pauline, the owner, couldn't have been more accomodating, finding extra parking for us and sorting out things very quickly. The location was brilliant, especially for our 2 dogs who loved the peaceful walks in the near vacinity”

"Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more. Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair and crumbes everywhere. Carpet was taped in the main area with duck tape. Breakfast: no fresh pressed orange juice. Carton juice..cheap.. All ingredients poor. We were assigned a table by the window. Next morning different table. No order to service. This is certainly not THE GRAND "
