”It was very nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the lack of parking, which isn’t the fault of the Inn, but still. I ended up paying $50 to valet park. Which was nice but considering the cost per night of the hotel stay, it would have been nicer to include valet parking in the cost.”

”Beautiful hotel, perfectly located with gorgeous stylish interiors, but evidently understaffed.
We stayed in a lovely corner suite, which had great views, but an odd and impractical floor design, which involved a long path to get from the bedroom to the bathroom.
The front desk staff was consistently helpful, and always replied with a smile. However, we found the front desk empty multiple times and had to chase the clerk with the restaurant staff, which is not what you would expect in a...

”Great location, away from the heart of the city. Hotel is nice and clean. The shower is amazing! The parking situation is not the best and it was not explained properly by one of the front desk staff at check in. Be prepared to pay for parking and if you aren’t doing Valet parking - try not to get a ticket.”

”Valet parking was terrible. Took 40 minutes to get car. Understaffed, said I was next, waited longer then they said it was upstairs, went upstairs, it wasn’t there. Went back down to the parking ramp, wasn’t there. After running around, finally got the car after 40 minutes. Would have been cheaper and easier to not valet ”
