”We arrived at the condo and it smelled bad. The refrigerator had old stuff left in it. It had not been wiped out the hall closet smelled of cat urine. Every bed had trash and hair in the bed. The downstairs half bathroom had dried blood on the floor and dried urine on the lid of the toilet. The floors had not been swept or mopped. The upstairs hall bathroom tub had black dirt in it. Trash piled up outside the back door. I would never rent from this host ever again. The host said she would refund...

”My friends and I had a lovely stay at this property! We are UNF alumni and were in town to visit old friends and family. The location was perfect to us. Jacksonville can be a tricky place to navigate staying in a nice part of town, and this area is not only super new and upscale, but also pretty centrally located in such a big city. The hosts thought of everything, plenty of pool towels and floats, a charger by the bed, plenty of paper products, and coffee. It was such a comfortable stay with plenty of space. It could easily accommodate more guests than we had in our party.”
