”This is a wonderful place to stay! The host does cater to your every need. There’s food, all sorts of coffee, blenders, toasters, an iron, a smart tv and the most comfortable bed ever. My son is at WyoTech which is what took me to the area and this place worked perfectly. Highly recommend. ”

”Check-in was easy with clear directions. The setting was quiet and we enjoyed the deck and outside seating options. During our stay we observed several birds and wildlife. The loft was comfortable with our small dog and well equipped with nice little extra touches. We would stay here again.”

”It was unlike any place we've ever stayed. So cool! Host was so friendly and showed us the other buildings on the property. Even gave us fresh eggs! There were games and movies, condiments, coffee, etc. Never had that before! The bed was excellent, along with the blankets they provided. We woke up to the roster every morning, watched the buffalo from our bedroom window and watched the horses from the kitchen window. The only thing that could have been better was it needed a good dusting. ...

”My husband and I came to town with another couple for Cheyenne Frontier Days and this was the perfect stay! We were close to the fairgrounds and downtown, but not on top of everything where the traffic was crazy. We enjoyed the view of the park and felt very safe. Perfect size for 2 couples, would recommend!”

”This was a great place to stay while we spent a few days taking in the Cheyenne area sights! The spacious cooking area made it easy to prepare meals in, and having a washer/dryer was an added bonus. We had no issues, but i assume they would've been handled quickly and easily with the owner on property. Beautiful location away from town!”

”Loved staying here with my two pups! Hosts are very responsive and the unit had all the comforts of home, even free chips when I was starving! It was remarkably quiet even though there are other rental units in the same house. The country setting is so cool (sits on about 5 acres with horse pasture but no horses). My dogs loved walking the pasture every morning and rolling in God knows what wonderful smell they found. Under 15 mins drive to downtown Cheyenne. Loved this rental so much I booked a...

One really feels the simple charm of the early days—lots of natural light and original materials. Nothing is false or imitation. In the same way, the property managers looked after and respectfully tended to any needs that I had—quickly and efficiently. This lovely studio apartment is a most excellent value and would definitely return!”

”It was a nice place, but IT'S IN THE BASEMENT. The upstairs is VERY noisy, a cleaning company is up there cleaning something maybe rugs or??? And it's LOUD, which gets old. Also smells like puppy, not sure if it's urine or wet dog smell but it's always there, like when you rent from a place that accepts doggos.”

”We loved the little basement apartment unit. All the necessities were there…minus a cutting board, that would be a nice addition to the kitchen tools. The beds were super comfy and water pressure was great in the shower. There is noise from the upper apartment so if you’re a light sleeper that might be a problem but for us it wasn’t a big deal. Loved the decor and location was easy to access and close to the grocery store Safeway on 3rd street. Thank you!”
