”It was very clean and nice. The air conditioning worked great. Located close to Duval. The only issue we had was that there was no closet or place to put clothes so after a few days it was hard to keep organized.”

”The place was just as advertized. Very comfortable with the right amenities. The location was perfect - away from central clearwater beach, but within a short walking distance. We are already making plans for a return trip. The owner was available for any issues, but we had none.”

”The condo is nice with a good view. Unfortunately one of the elevators was being worked on when we arrived which left 1 elevator to use resulting in longer waits. A storm came through and knocked the power out leaving us with no elevator and having to walk up 7 flights to get to our room. Overall we had a great experience.”

”My husband and I just got back from Key West. We had a fabulous time and loved where we stayed. Ken, the owner, is terrific. Great communication, excellent tips on things to do and places to eat. It a large house and you have a room to stay in with your own bathroom, small kitchen and bed. It was perfect for us. We will definitely be back next time we visit Key West. Thanks Ken for being a great host!!!”

”The property was a bit dated but they were working on upgrades during my visit in certain areas. Otherwise the unit was fresh and clean. View was nice partial view of gulf. Short walk to beach from unit. No issues with parking. Enjoyed the security person nice fellow and helpful. The people l met during my stay were friendly. Not too far from any attractions, food, and shopping.”

It was local which, for us, was far more interesting. Great access to everything! Would stay here again!”

”Everything was wonderful for our stay. Only thing is I wish there was a broom and some basic cleaning supplies. I know there's cleaning crew that comes but I like to leave things how they were and you never know when you may need those things. But it's a beautiful clean place with a great view. Highly recommend. ”

”I had to purchase purchase shower hook for the master bath shower. There were only five hooks and a rubber band holding the shower curtain rod. And the shower curtain rings in the shower upstairs were rusted to the rod and made it difficult to move the shower curtain. The condo was great otherwise”

”My stay was nothing short of amazing. The staff was attentive and had great communication throughout the stay. Upon arrival at the property the stay didn’t want us to exert any energy lifting bags, opening doors, not even the elevator button. Nessa, Thembela, Tatyana, Calvin and David all deserve 5 stars for their 5 star service. The building smelled amazing. The food at the bar was so tasty!! I can not say enough about the bedding. Felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! Just the right amount of...
