”I stayed at the Jaxon for one night before departing on a cruise. The hotel is conveniently located between PBI Airport and Port of Palm Beach where the cruise departed. The room is very nice with a refrigerator, electric stovetop, and kitchen sink. The bathroom was clean and stocked with luxurious soaps and lotions. ”It’s a good choice for staying near the lake. We stay there for a couple of days every August. It looks like the rooms were upgraded since last year. Beds are comfortable. Pillows are really, really comfortable. No restaurant in the building, but it shares a parking lot with Shoney’s, where they have a fantastic breakfast buffet. On the other side of the building there’s a convenience store with a couple of restaurants. Desk staff is always friendly and accommodating. ”

”This hotel was a nice find, excellent quality for the price. The building is a bit run down outside, but we were there off-season and it seemed there was a lot of maintenance going on. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. They even served a breakfast, which was adequate. The location is wonderful, right next to the beach!”
