This beautiful vacation rental not only boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms, but also includes a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, making it the perfect place for up to six guests to relax and unwind. Located right on the golf course, you can enjoy beautiful fairway views from the comfort of your own lanai. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the vacation rental for you.

    The primary bedroom is truly a haven, with a king-size bed, a smart TV, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. Imagine waking up each morning to the gentle swaying of palm trees outside your window and the beautiful views of the golf course. The guest bedroom is equally as comfortable, with a cozy queen-size bed and a smart TV. The large guest bathroom comes with a walk-in shower.

Clean, well kept condo. The decorations in the property were gorgeous. Comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen with gadgets and spices. Everything you could need for the beach was there except a cooler. The golfers and goat wildlife were entertaining to watch from the balcony. Nice pool and hot tub on site. Very large, private, top loading washer and dryer in the unit.

Great condo

This condo was extremely clean and well kept. The pool area was nice. The location was an easy drive to downtown Kona. The beds were extremely comfortable. The property management team was very helpful when needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

The location was a wee drive from Kona but it was worth it as it felt more relaxed from the busier area & still easy to access in town when needed. And great value for money. I would highly recommend.

Peaceful and restful

This property is very quiet, peaceful and restful. We stayed 9 nights in April and found it to be very clean, well stocked, in a good location, comfortable and rejuvenating. The only drawback would be if you’re staying in the summer there is no AC. It wasn’t a problem for us because the fans were adequate in keeping the unit cool for the most part.

Short stay

The condo suited our needs. Overall, nice place to stay. Enjoyed sitting on the lanai and watching the goats cavorting on the golf course. We found the kitchen was severely limited on food storage space. The sidewalk and entry were poorly lit. Living room furniture was uncomfortable.

I love sitting outside on the second floor of the balcony looking over the golf course while having breakfast and diner outside. The living room was very spacious. The layout of the place was perfect. The only drawback was there is no Air Conditioner and there is no walkway to a beach nearby. You have to drive to a beach if you want to go to the beach. Overall, the place is very nice and quiet. I would stay at this place again only in the off season where it's not too hot outside because there's no AC there.

Perfect spot in paradise!

This cute little place was perfect for our family of six. Kids slept on the sofa sleeper while the adults took the two bedrooms. Plenty of room and the place was very clean. The patio overlooks the golf course which is a beautiful sunset view with goats coming and going. We enjoyed sitting out there daily! We prefer to have our own kitchen which is why we rent Ed the condo, but there is a beautiful Outrigger resort nearby that we walked to for coffee every morning and a look at the beautiful ocean and bay! Also, a cute Seaquest gift shop at the bay (they also book great excursions from this shop). This rental was the perfect distance to all excursions and stores. The drive into the town of Kona was beautiful and we enjoyed making thatTrip everyday!the drive everyday.

E-202 Condo

Our biggest disappointment was the lack of a door providing privacy from the bedroom to the master bathroom / toilet. A pocket door would fit nicely. There were no instructions on use of the myriad of remote controls -- from controlling the lanai fan and lights / living room fan / light and the TV with its various attachments. We couldn't figure how to turn the TV on until the 3rd day. Battery on one of the lanai controlers was dead. The carpet in the master bedroom is showing signs of being dirty --- I think due to the fact of people wearing shoes in the condo. Most condos have a sign at the entrance indicating a request to not wear shoes and a basket for placing the shoes into. These were minor things -- we would definitely rent this unit again.

Please read the entire review if your seriously considering this place. The property is beautiful and located in a nice spot. I will say the management company has it clean and very nice! HOWEVER when renting this place we did not see nor did the VRBO customer service see that this property has NO AC. I think that should be something that is VERY CLEAR. We reached out to the management company to please move us to one that had AC they did attempt to but the OWNERS said "NO" we explained we had 3 very small children one being 7 months old he was red to the face and sweating still "NO" honestly the response we received told me they've dealt with this before. You need to know you will come back from the beach, volcanoe all your excursion to a 85°F-90°F condo. We spoke to a neighboring owner who said many units have AC now but not these owners and did admit the building is to low to receive a evening breeze off the mountain. It's a beautiful home and beautiful location but.... You're spending THOUSANDS of dollars to come to HAWAII! Do you really want to come home to a hot house after a long day? Some other places are the same price or cheaper just as nice but have AC. My review is DONT DO IT. To the owners, you have guest spending thousands you could at least buy a window unit or mini split.... All your neighbors did it! Don't cheap out on us but charge us premium! Thank God you have a good management company to lighten the blow... DONT BOOK THIS PLACE.

Each one was different and took us a lot of time to figure out.Also, the rubber mats in the kitchen caused both participants to trip, and they should be removed because they are a hazard.
