The studio is super cute (newly being renovated), very clean and amazing location! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Perfect for a weekend visiting SHSU!! We would stay here again!”

”The Woodland is a beautiful apartment complex with walking trails and a gorgeous pool. Very quiet and felt safe. Daily trash pickup was nice. TV channel selection was good with good WIFI. Our only issue was with the unit itself. It was clean but the kitchen has the BAREST of essentials, bathrooms dated and not attractive (ugly shower curtains, old fixtures, no stopper for drain in tub) furniture is worn and outdated. Could feel the springs in the mattress and none of us could find a good...
